What is AZDPAC? The Arizona Dietetic Practicum Advisory Committee is a collaborative group consisting of Dietetic Program Directors in the state. Representation consists of dietetic internship program directors from Arizona State University, Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Paradise Valley Unified School District, St. Mary's-Carondolet and Morrison Management Specialists, University Medical Center, and Yavapai County Health Department along with dietetic technician program directors from Central Arizona College, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and Paradise Valley Community College.
